Although they claim to be, Conroe Brewery is not giving away free hand sanitizer. How do we know? Because it’s a classic “you need to complete an offer to get this” as we’ve seen far too many times. Nothing ever comes.
Findings (What makes it fake?)
- Spam “complete an offer” required after submit. The scammers get PAID when you do! They’re tricking you into making them money. They claim you’re helping them offset shipping charges. But, the truth is this isn’t even a real brewery website. Nothing about this is true.
- This website first appeared in April 2018, just before their first fake freebie – a Craft IPA Beer Shampoo Bar sample – was offered (https://conroebrewery.com/merchandise)
- Their alleged food menu was stole from Craft Cayman
- Their product, Rocket Boat Lager was stolen from The Moab Brewery
- Their address 1545 S Frazier St, Conroe, TX 77301 USA is a vacant lot
