Findings (What makes it fake?)
- While there’s no Spam popup after submit, there are a TON of very obviously out of place ads on the page. That’s their motivation. They get paid when you view or click their ads.
In other words, a Spam Popup is when an unrelated offer pops up and wants you to fill it out. The scammers get PAID when you do! They’re tricking you into making them money. - This isn’t the first Appleseeds Farm freebie we’ve seen. There was the fake Appleseed Raspberry Jam freebie last year that we warned you about. Nothing has ever been sent from this place.
- Speaking of Google Ads, it’s the same ad code (same advertiser) as other fake freebie sites use! It’s a Russian owned fake freebie site, along with several others (such as freesamplesmail . com) and InTur freebies scam we uncovered – to name a few
- Product image appears to be photoshopped
- No company info and phone number is disconnected
